Terms of Use

This document sets out the terms of use of the TIRGO platform, operated by TIRGO LOG LLC (registered 14.06.2022). By using the platform you agree to these terms.

1. What the platform is

TIRGO is a digital platform that connects shippers and carriers and helps run a shipment: post requests, receive bids, handle documents and track the trip.

TIRGO organises the interaction between the parties and operates the document-handling services. The transport itself is performed by the carrier.

2. Who may use it

• Legal entities and sole traders, and their authorised employees.
• Individuals — drivers and carrier representatives — within the TIRGO Driver app.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for actions taken under their account.

3. Services and pricing

Posting a shipment request is free. Charges apply to the platform’s document-handling services and related services, and to the transport itself as agreed with the carrier.

Current service rates are published in the Pricing section of the website and in the app. The final shipping price depends on the route, cargo type and mode of transport.

Certain services use protected settlement: funds are reserved and released to the provider after delivery is confirmed.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate information about the cargo, the route and the parties involved.
• Upload only documents you are entitled to use.
• Do not post cargo prohibited for transport and do not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Review the data prepared by the system before it is submitted to government authorities.

5. Liability

TIRGO is responsible for the operation of the platform and the correctness of its own document-handling services. The carrier is responsible for actually performing the shipment; the party that supplied information is responsible for its accuracy.

The platform is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user data, the actions of third parties or force majeure.

6. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms and the rates. Changes take effect when published on this page unless another date is stated. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the new version.

8. Contacts and disputes

For any questions, including pre-court settlement, write to info@tirgo.io. The parties aim to resolve disagreements through negotiation; otherwise the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies.
