Operation security and fraud prevention
Version of 18 August 2026
We take measures to prevent misuse of the TIRGO platform and to reduce the risk of fraudulent operations. This page describes those measures and what we are entitled to do.
1. Monitoring of operations
Operations on the platform are monitored for unusual and suspicious patterns. Where such patterns appear, an operation may be checked further before it completes.
2. Restricting suspicious operations
Where there are signs of possible fraud, misuse of the service or other suspicious circumstances, we may temporarily restrict the operation concerned or the user’s access to particular platform features until the circumstances are clarified.
3. Additional verification
Where necessary we request additional information needed to verify an operation or confirm the user’s details. Until the requested information is provided, the operation may remain suspended.
4. Intended use of the platform
The TIRGO platform is not intended for:
- transferring money between users;
- use as a payment or money transfer service;
- currency exchange;
- using the internal balance for operations unrelated to platform services.
Where we identify attempts to use the platform otherwise, we restrict the actions concerned and run an additional check.
5. Working with banks and payment providers
We cooperate with acquiring banks and payment providers on identifying and preventing suspicious and fraudulent operations.
On receiving information or a request from a bank or payment provider concerning a suspicious operation, we review it and, where necessary, act within our powers and technical means, including restrictions and other measures provided by our agreements and by the payment service terms.
6. Account security
Login credentials are personal. Users must keep them safe and must not share them with third parties, including staff of other companies and anyone claiming to be support staff.
We never ask a user for a password, an SMS confirmation code, a full card number or a card security code.
If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately — info@tirgo.io or the chat in your account: access will be blocked until the situation is clarified.
7. Protection of payment data
Bank card details are entered on the payment provider’s side and are not stored on the TIRGO platform. Connections to the platform are encrypted. Employee access to data is role-based and actions on orders are logged.
8. Reporting
To report a suspicious operation, an attempted fraud or unauthorised access, write to info@tirgo.io or call +998 90 996 0880 · +998 55 501 33 33.
