This Policy explains what data TIRGO LOG LLC (“TIRGO”, “we”) receives when you use the TIRGO platform — the tirgo.io website, the TIRGO Client and TIRGO Driver mobile apps and the admin.tirgo.io web workspace — why we process it and how we protect it.

1. Data we process

We process only the data needed to provide the service:

• Account data: name, phone number, email address, company name and the user’s role on the platform.
• Shipment data: route, cargo type and parameters, timing, vehicle and driver details, trip statuses.
• Documents: consignment notes (CMR), invoices, packing lists, customs declarations and other documents uploaded to arrange a shipment.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, service access logs — for security and diagnostics.

2. Why we process it

• Registration and operation of the account, identification of the parties to a deal.
• Posting shipments, matching carriers, concluding and supporting the deal.
• Automatic recognition and validation of uploaded documents and preparation of data for submission to government information systems.
• Notifications about trip and request status, user support.
• Compliance with legal requirements, accounting and tax records.

3. Automated document processing

Uploaded documents are processed automatically: the system reads the text, extracts fields and checks them for discrepancies. The result is always confirmed by an operator — the platform makes no final decisions about a user automatically.

Cloud computing services may be used for processing. We pass them only the content of the document being processed and never share data with third parties for advertising.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Sharing happens only in these cases:

• With the other party to the deal — to the extent needed to perform the shipment (for example, the carrier receives cargo and loading point details).
• With government bodies and information systems — where required to arrange the shipment or by law.
• With infrastructure providers (hosting, cloud processing, notification delivery) — to the extent needed to run the service.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet statutory document retention requirements. Staff access is limited by role, and actions on shipments are recorded in a change history.

We use transport encryption, role-based access control and backups.

6. Your rights

You may:

• request information about the data we process about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete data where the grounds for processing no longer apply and the law permits;
• withdraw your consent to processing by writing to info@tirgo.io.

7. Cookies

tirgo.io uses technical cookies required for the site to work and to remember the selected language. You can disable them in your browser; some features may then not work correctly.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at this address, with the version date shown at the top of the page.
